Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on the theory that the reflexes on the feet and hands correspond to organs, glands and parts of the body. By applying a gentle pressure to these reflexes, reflexology aims to stimulate the bodies own healing, aid a deep sense of relaxation and restore the body to it's natural balance.
Reflexology is a non invasive therapy that is entirely natural. Treatments can work independently or complement allopathic medicine perfectly. Reflexology can be used to maintain continuous wellbeing or a treatment plan can be devised to help with diagnosed conditions or symptoms present of the following. This list is by no means extensive:
A typical treatment will take place in the comfort of your own home. Lindsay will bring everything she needs to treat you so there is nothing you need to do apart from choose a space to be treated in.
The first session will begin with a full health assessment so that Lindsay can gain an understanding of how reflexology can help you best. Treatments will normally last for approximately 45 minutes followed by feedback along with health and lifestyle advice.
