The Start Of Something New...

SEPTEMBER 2016

Hello, I'm Lindsay Keable. I'm a Reflexologist providing treatments from my very own little therapy room in my Great Dunmow home. I've been working as a mobile reflexologist for a while now but the time and space has come about so that i can finally have my own space to treat all your lovely feet!

As it's a shift in my therapy location i thought it would be a good time to assess other areas of my practice and so this blog is born! I am a member of the AOR (association of reflexologists) and so committed to continued professional development. I go on courses, read lots of information and am continuously researching to help my clients achieve the balance they are looking for in their lives. With this in mind i thought a blog would be a great resource for my shared research. Whether it's other reflexologists wanting to share the information or clients wanting to learn a little bit more about the therapy the are investing in.

I aim to provide relaxing treatments concentrating on the holistic approach to health and well being. A reflexology session will allow you to address specific areas of concern to either focus on or to help maintain your continued well being.  All my clients are treated with the strictest confidence and with the same relaxed approach.

I personally have a huge interest in fertility and pregnancy reflexology although i still continue to treat for an array of ailments for example stress, headaches, back pain, fibro, insomnia and unexplained pain.

I trained at the London School of Reflexology, based in Regents University London. I was trained by one of Britain's leading reflexologist and author of The Reflexology Bible, Louise Keet.  Louise Keet is a huge inspiration and influential figure in the reflexology world and i feel privileged to have been taught by her.

I look forward to sharing lots of information, research and well being information with you !

Warm wishes,

Lindsay
